This tutorial was written in psp 8

You will need:
Tube of your choice, i'm using a tube by Keith Garvey and the example below uses
the work of Elias Chatzoudis, both available from
My PSP Tubes.
Scrap kit 'Teenage Dirtbag' (PTU) by Grunge and Glitter Scraps available

My Mask 09

Filters:
dsb Flux, Bright Noise

Xero, Radiance

(scroll down, set 4)
Graphics Plus, Cross Shadow

Ok, let's get started!
Open the Mask_09 and minimise for now.
Open a new blank image 500 x 500 and flood fill with white.
Open frame 2 from the scrap kit and copy and paste in onto your new image.
Image> Resize, Resize All Layers Unchecked, Bicubic, by 80% 3 times. Apply a
drop shadow of: V: 2, H: 2, Opacity: 55, Blur: 5.
Open paper 2 from the kit and copy and paste it onto your image, resize it and
on the layer palette drag this paper layer below the frame layer.
Open your tube and copy and paste it on top of the paper layer, Image> Flip and
position it to the right. Apply Effects> Plugins> Xero, Radiance with these
settings below: (some tubes don't look right with this applied too much, if this
is the case adjust the settings to suit the tube)

Lower the opacity of this tube layer to around 50 or so and apply a drop shadow
of: V: 2, H: 2, Opacity: 88, Blur: 8.
Open paper 6 from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto your canvas,
make sure this new paper layer is above the tube layer. Resize it down and lower
the opacity of this layer to around 20 or so.
With the Freehand Selection Tool (Lasso Tool) select around the frame:

Selections> Invert. On the layer palette click on the top paper layer (raster 5)
to make it the active layer and hit delete on your keyboard. Next click on the
tube layer (raster 4) on the layer palette and hit delete on the keyboard and do
the same for the bottom paper layer (raster 3). Selections> Select None.
On the layer palette close the visibility off of the bottom white background
layer and the top frame layer and Layers> Merge> Merge Visible. Unhide the
closed of layers and apply Effects> Plugins> graphics plus, Cross Shadow, with
these settings:

Open the red heart (foilshape4) from the kit and copy and paste it as a new
layer onto your tag, resize by 60% and apply a drop shadow of: V: 2, H: 2,
Opacity: 55, Blur: 5. On the layer palette, drag this heart layer to the bottom,
above the white background layer.
Open the bling doodle 1 from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto
your tag, resize it by 55% and position it over to the right, Layers> Duplicate,
Image> Flip, Image> Mirror and position the duplicated bling over to the left.
On the layer palette close of the visibility of all the layer except for the 2
bling layers and Layers> Merge> Merge Visible, unhide the closed off layers.
Layers> New Raster Layer, flood fill with a colour from your tag and drag this
layer to the bottom of the layer palette above the white background layer.
Layers> New Mask Layer> From Image find my Mask_09 that you minimised earlier in
the drop down menu and click ok:

Layers> Merge> Merge Group, I resized mine by 90%.
Copy and paste your tube again as a new layer and make sure this layer is on the
top of the layer palette, position it towards the left and apply the same drop
shadow as before.
Open tornheart 2 from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto your
tag, resize by 50% two times, Image> Rotate> Free Rotate, 20 degrees, free,
right. Position the heart over to the left and Layers> Duplicate, Image> Mirror
and position the duplicated heart just below the original heart, apply the same
drop shadow as before to both of the hearts.
Open flower 4 from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto your tag,
resize and position over on the top right corner, Layers> Duplicate resize and
position just below the first flower. layers> Duplicate and position the third
flower over to the top left. Open flower 2 from the kit and copy and paste it
onto your tag, resize down quite small and position over the largest flower,
Layers> Duplicate, resize again and position over the next flower, repeat again
to go on top of the last flower. Apply the same drop shadow as before to all
flower layers.
On the layer palette, close the visibility off of the bottom four layers (bling,
heart, mask and white background) and Layers>Merge> Merge Visible. Unhide the
closed off layers.
Add the artists copyright info and your license number, tagger name etc. as a
new layer, and add the text for you name. I used Rob Font 'Inspiration' I can't
supply it because it's a pay to use font but any script type font will do.
On the layer palette click on the 'bling' layer to make it the active layer and
Layers> Duplicate 2 times giving you a total of 3 layers.
On the very top 'bling' copy layer apply Effects> Plugins> dsb Flux, Bright
Noise, Intensity: 60 and select 'Darker'. Apply it again to the next 'bling'
copy layer but hit the Darker button twice. Apply again the last 'bling' layer
and hit the Darker button twice.
On the layer palette close the visibility off of the 2 bottom 'bling' layers.
Edit> Copy Merged.
Open Animation Shop and Edit> Paste> As New Animation.
Back to psp and hide the top 'bling' layer and unhide the middle 'bling' layer.
Edit> Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop Edit> Paste> After Current Frame.
Back to psp and hide the middle 'bling' layer and unhide the bottom 'bling'
layer. Edit> Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop Edit> Paste> After Current Frame. View> Animation to check
that it plays ok, crop if needed, save as gif and we're done!
