Choose a colour for the Foreground and Background colours, I choose black for my Foreground colour and #A82025 for my background colour. Add you name text as a new layer on top of the layer palette, I used font: Horny Devils HERE, size 66, and apply a drop shadow.

Add the artists copyright info/license number and any watermark/tagger name etc. as a new layer.

If you want to animate with some sparkle carry on, if not, Layers>Merge>Merge Visible and save as jpg.

*To Animate:

On the layer palette close off the visibilty of the copyright info layer, the name text layer and the tube layer, click on any layer that isn't closed off and Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

Right click over the new merged layer on the layer palette and rename it 'frame'. Now close off the new merged frame layer and unhide the copyright info layer, the name text layer and the tube layer, click on a visible layer to make it active and again Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

Rename this new merged layer 'Tube'. Unhide the closed off merged layer and make sure that the merged frame layer is at the bottom of the layer palette.

Select Black as the Foreground colour and swicth the Background colour off. With the Preset Shape tool, choose the Star 2 shape, anti-alias and create as vector checked, line width 2, zoom into your tag and hold down the shift key on your keyboard, draw out a star over one of the stars on the frame and position it so that it covers it:

Layers>Convert To Raster Layer, Layers>Duplicate and position over the next star, duplicate again and position over the next star and so forth until all visible stars on the frame are covered with the black outline.

Now close off the visibilty of the 2 merged frame and tube layers on the layer palette Layers>Merge Visible (all the black outlined stars) Unhide the closed off layers and on the layer palette make sure that the merged black stars are in the middle, rename the layer 'stars'.

Layers>Duplicate 2 times giving you a total of 3 stars layers. This is now what your layer palette should look like:

On the top duplicated stars layer apply: Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2> Constellation, with these settings:

Apply the same effect the the next middle duplicated stars layer, but click the 'random seed' button.

Apply effect again the the bottom stars layer and clcik the 'random seed' button.

Next, click on the bottom merged frame layer on the layer palette to make it the active layer, zoom into your tag and with the Lasso Tool (Freehand Selection Tool) Point to Point, Add (Shift), Feather 0, Anti-alias checked, carefully select all the red parts of the heart element:

Layers>Duplicate 2 times giving you a total of 3 frame layers. On the top duplicated frame layer apply Effects>Plugins>dsb flux, Bright Noise with these settings:

Apply again to the middle duplicated frame layer but hit the 'Mix' button 2 times.

Apply again to the bottom frame layer and hit the 'mix' button 3 times. Selections>Select None.

Now on the layer palette, close off the visibilty of the bottom 2 stars layers and the bottom 2 frame layers and Edit>Copy Merged.

Open Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>As New Animation.

Back to psp and hide the top stars and frame layers and unhide the middle stars and frame layers, Edit>Copy Merged.

Over to Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>After Current Frame.

Back to psp and hide the middle stars and frame layers and unhide the bottom stars and frame layers, Edit>Copy Merged.

Over to Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>After Current Frame. View>Animation and check that it plays ok (I changed the frame speed of mine: Edit>Select All, Animation>Frame Properties, I set mine to 8, click ok.)

Crop tag if needed and save as gif and we're done!
