This tutorial was written in psp 9, but can be done in other versions.

You will need:

Supplies Zip HERE, which includes: Warning Tube, Spikeball, Bitch in Training Hanger by KellyJ, Eyelet, Chain and Studs made by me.

A tube of your choice, i'm using the artwork of Keith Garvey, you will need to visit My PSP Tubes to purchase the tube.

Xero Filter (Fritillary) HERE (scroll to the bottom of the page under freeware plugins and download xero: filter set 4)

Ok, let's get started!

Open all the supplies and your tube in psp and open a new blank canvas 550 x 450, floodfill with white.

Copy and paste the Warning Tube as a new layer onto your blank canvas and resize, bicubic, resize all layers UNchecked by 65%. Apply a drop shadow of V: 0, H: 0, Opacity: 88, Blur: 5.

Click on the bottom background layer to make it the active layer and set your foreground colour to black and your background colour to a colour from your tube, with your preset shapes tool, rectangle, anti-alias and create as vector checked, line width 4, draw a rectangle around the warning tube (see my tag for reference).

Once you're happy with the size and shape Layers>Convert>Convert To Raster Layer.

Draw another small rectangle at the top, but change the line width to 2. When you're happy with it Layers>Convert>Convert To Raster Layer.

Copy and paste the eyelet as a new layer on top of your layer palette, resize it to fit inside the smaller rectangle, then Layers>Duplicate and position it over to the otherside of rectangle, Layers>Duplicate and position it on the top corner of the warning tube, Layers>Duplicate again and position it on the other corner of the warning tube.

Copy and paste the chain as a new layer on top of your layer palette and position it so that it hangs from the top eyelet, zoom in and with your eraser tool or lasso tool delete the bits that overhang:

Layers>Duplicate the chain layer and move it over to the other eyelets. Apply a drop shadow to both chain layers of  V: 0, H: 0, Opacity: 55, Blur: 5.

Copy and paste the studs as a new layer and keep resize until they fit inside the small rectangle, you may need to zoom in a trim some studs off the ends to make them fit neatly.

Copy and paste the Bitch in Trining Hanger as a new layer, resize to your liking and position it so that it hangs from the small rectangle, add a drop shadow, I used V: 2, H: 2, Opacity: 88, Blur:5.

Copy and paste the Spikeball as a new layer, resize and position it to your liking, I resized mine by 80% and applied the same drop shadow as the hanger.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize and position to your liking and apply a drop shadow.

*Optional, Layers>New Raster Layer, drag it to the bottom of your layer palette above your background layer and apply some brushes.

Add the artsists copyright info and your watermark/tagger name etc. as a new layer and next add the text for your name, choose black or a dark colour from your tube as the foreground and a light colour for the background. I used font Shoestore HERE size 100.

Close the visibilty off of all layers on your layer palette except for the background, the large rectangle and the brush layer (if you have one) and Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

Unhide the closed off layers and click on your rectangle layer on your layer palette and Layers>Duplicate 2 times giving you a total of 3 rectangle layers. Click on the top rectangle copy to make it the active layer and Effects>Plugins>Xero, Fritillary and apply these settings:

Click on the middle rectangle copy and apply the same fritillary setings but change the Variation to 17, click on the original rectangle copy and apply the same settings but change the variation to 19.

Crop your tag if needed, close the visibility off of the bottom 2 rectangle layers on your layer palette, Edit>Copy Merged and open Animation Shop.

Edit>Paste>As New Animation.

Back to psp and unhide the middle rectangle layer and hide the top rectangle layer. Edit>Copy Merged.

Over to animation shop and Edit>Paste>After Current Frame.

Back to psp and unhide the bottom rectangle layer and hide the middle rectangle layer. Edit>Copy Merged.

Over to animation shop and Edit>Paste>After Current Frame.

View>Animation to check that it plays ok and then save as gif and we're done :o)
