This tutorial was made in psp 8,

You will need:
Mask by me
HERE and Mask9 by Creative Desires
HERE
Word Art by me
HERE (optional)
Black and White Scrap Kit by Crazy Girl Scraps (PTU) available from
Digital Chaos
HERE
Tube of your choice, I used the work of Dirk Richter, available from
My PSP
Tubes.
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 - Textures (not a free filter, a demo can be downloaded
from
HERE)
Xero Filters Radiance
available from
HERE (scroll down to plugin sets, set 4)
(optional)
Ok, let's get started!
Open both the masks and minimise for now.
Open a new image 550 x 550 and flood fill with white.
Find and open the black and white frame from the scrap kit and copy and paste it
as a new layer onto your blank image. Image>Resize by 65%, Bicubic, Resize All
Layers Unchecked.
With the Lasso Tool (Freehand Selection Tool) Feather 0, Point to Point, select
the outside of the frame:

Find and open Paper4 from the scrap
kit and copy and paste it as a new layer, Image>Resize by 85%. Selections>
Invert and hit delete on your keyboard. Selections> Select None. On your layer
palette, drag this layer below the frame layer.
Layers> Duplicate twice, giving you a total of 3 layers. Make sure that the top
copy layer is the active layer by clicking on it on your layer palette and apply
Effects> Plugins> Alien Skin Eye Candy 5: Textures> Nature> Texture Noise, on
the settings tab choose 'Diamond Noise':

Click on the middle layer copy on
your layer palette to make it active and apply the same texture noise filter but
click the 'Random Seed' button.
Repeat again for the bottom copy layer and remember to click the random seed
button.
On your layer palette hide/close the visibility off of the bottom 2 copies for
now.
With the lasso tool select around one of the frames:

Open a tube of your choice and copy
and paste it as a new layer, resize and position it to fit nicely inside the
frame, Selections> Invert and hit delete on your keyboard, Selections> Select
None.
I applied the Xero filter 'Radiance' with these settings but you may want to
change the settings depending on your tube (you may want to change the
'strangeness' up and the 'truth' down so it's not so bright):

Lower the opacity of this layer to
around 50 or so and apply a drop shadow of V: 2, H: 2, Opacity: 55, Blur: 10.
Repeat the steps above for the other 2 frames (I added a tube to the far right
frame duplicated and mirrored it)
Open another tube of your choice and copy and paste it as a new layer, drag this
layer to the very top of your layer palette, resize and position the tube over
to the left and apply a drop shadow, I used the same drop shadow as before but
changed the blur to 15.
Open the Staple from the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer,
position it somewhere on top of the frame and use the Deform Tool to rotate it
into position:

Duplicate the staple layer and
repeat the positioning and rotating until you are happy with it.
Open Paper2 from the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer, drag this
layer to the bottom of your layer palette, just above the white background
layer.
Layers> New Mask Layer> From Image, find CreativeDesiresMask9 in the drop down
menu and click ok:

Layers> Merge Group and with the
Deform Tool change the height of the mask layer by bringing down the top node
and bringing up the bottom node to squash it together:

Lower the opacity of this layer
to around 30 or so.
Open Paper2 from the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer, drag this
layer to the bottom of your layer palette, just above the white background
layer, below the other mask layer.
Layers> New Mask Layer> From Image, find Mask_YW in the drop down menu and click
ok. Layers> Merge Group, resize by 80% and lower the opacity of this layer to
around 30.
Open Flower 1 from the scrap kit, copy and paste it as a new layer and drag this
layer to the top of your layer palette, resize and position on the top right
corner of the frame. Layers> Duplicate, resize again and position the flower
next to the other flower and drag it below the larger flower on your layer
palette.
Apply a drop shadow to both flower layers of V: 2, H: 2, Opacity: 45, Blur: 5.
Apply the same drop shadow to the frame layer.
Add the artists copyright info, your license number and you tagger/watermark
etc. as a new layer on top of the layer palette. Next add the text for you name,
I used font PegsannaHMK
HERE , bold, black as my foreground and
background colours, stroke width 1, size 24 and I squashed and stretched it with
the vector nodes.
If you wish you can also add the word art as another layer and position it to
the bottom left just under the tube, I lowered the opacity of mine to around 48.
Crop you tag now to take out the white spaces at the top and bottom.
Edit> Copy Merged. Open Animation Shop and Edit> Paste> As New Animation.
Back to psp and find in the layer palette the filter layers you hid earlier.
Unhide the middle copy and hide the top copy, Edit> Copy Merged.
In Animation Shop Edit> Paste> After Current Frame.
Back in psp unhide the bottom copy and hide the middle copy. Edit> Copy Merged.
Over to Animation Shop and Edit> Paste> After Current Frame.
Still in Animation Shop, Edit> Select All. Animation> Frame Properties, change
the display time to 15, View> Animation to check that it plays ok and save as
gif and we're done!
Thank you for trying this tutorial, I hope you enjoyed it!!!
