This tutorial was written in psp8, but can be done in other versions. You will need:~ Supplies Zip HERE, which includes Pirate Ring, Map Brush (made by me), Pirate Ship (made with ding bat font Armada Pirata and Treasure Chest (tubed from royalty free clipart). A tube of your choice, I used the artwork by Keith Garvey, you need to purchase a lisence from My PSP Tubes to use his artwork ;o) Ok, Let's get started! Open the pirate ring, treasure chest, pirate ship and your tube in psp, open a new blank canvas 500 x 500 colour white. Copy and paste the Pirate Ring as a new layer onto your blank canvas. Layers>New raster Layer and drag this below the pirate ring layer and above your background layer, add the map brush, I resized my brush to 455. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer and move this layer to the top of your layer palette, resize to your liking with resize all layers UNchecked, bicubic. Add a faint blurry drop shadow to your tube, I used V: 2, H:2, Opacity: 45, Blur: 23, colour black. Next copy and paste the treasure chest as a new layer onto your tag and apply the same drop shadow as your tube. Copy and paste the pirate ship as a new layer and position it on top of your map brush layer. Add the artists copyright info and your watermark/tag ingo etc. as a new layer and then add your name as a new layer, I used Pieces of Eight HERE, Foreground Black, Background White, I applied an inner bevel with the settings below and also a drop shadow of V: 2, H: 2, Opacity: 45, Blur: 5.00.
Here's another example with a different tube:~
