This tutorial was written in psp 8, but can be done in other versions.

You will need:~ Supplies Zip HERE, which includes: Scrap kit by Melissa at Scrappy Expressions, Brush and Optional Pre-made Frame.

Tube of your choice, i'm using the gorgeous artwork of Zindy S. D. Nielsen, available to purchase from My PSP Tubes.

Ok, let's get started!

Open a new blank canvas 500 x 400, colour white.

If you are using the premade frame, open it in psp and copy and paste it as a new layer onto your blank canvas, if you want to make your own frame then open the scrap kit and find the ribbon layer, copy and paste it as a new layer onto your blank canvas.

Move it over to the left until you can see the end of it on the right hand side, and with your lasso tool select a part of it on the left, and hit delete on your keyboard (Edit>Clear) to trim it.

Selections>Select None.

Next move it to the right and you will see that there is a bit of the ribbon to the left, select around, it hit delete and move it back to the top middle, Selections>Select None.

Layers>Duplicate>Image>Flip, and position your duplicated ribbon.

Layers>Duplicate>Image>Rotate>Free Rotate, 90 Degrees, left and position it to the left.

Layers Duplicate>Image>Mirror, and move it to the right, position all the edges neatly together, leaving any excess ribbon at the bottom.

On your layer palette, click on the bottom ribbon layer and drag it to the top of your layer palette, click on the copy 3 of the ribbon layer (second one down) and drag it to the top.

Click on the bottom ribbon layer and drag it to the top, position all the edges neatly together and with your lasso tool and select  the excess ribbon:~

Click on your bottom ribbon layer on your layer palette, (this should be the ribbon on the left) and hit delete on your keyboard, next click on the second layer down (this should be ribbon on the right) and hit delete.

Selections>Select None.

With your lasso tool, select a little square of the ribbon on the bottom left hand corner:~

On your layer palette, click on the very top layer (this should be the ribbon at the bottom) and hit delete, Selections>Select None.

Close the visibility off (click eye or glasses) of your background layer on your layer palette and Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Unhide the background layer.

Next find the stitches in the scrap kit and copy and paste as a new layer onto your frame, resize by 90% so that you can see them and position on the top of your frame. With your lasso tool select the excess piece of stitch, hit delete, Selections>Select None and Layers>Duplicate, Image>Flip, position the duplicated stitch on the bottom of your frame.

Layers>Duplicate, Image>Rotate>Free Rotate, 90 Degress, right, position the stitch on the left of your frame and again trim off any excess with your lasso tool, Selections>Select None.

Layers>Dulicate, Image>Mirror and position the stitch on the right of your frame.

Close the visibility off (click eye or glasses) of your background layer on your layer palette and Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Unhide the background layer.

*End of frame making! ;o)

Copy and paste your image as a new layer and drag this layer below your merged layer on your layer palette. Resize your image, bicubic, resize all layers UNchecked until it fits roughly inside the frame, if there are any bits of the image sticking outside of the frame then trim round it with your lasso tool and hit delete.

On the scrap kit you will see that it has 3 flowers, choose one of the flowers and with your lasso tool draw around it, click on the 'floral accents' layer to make it the active layer, then Edit>Cut, Selections>Select None, back to your main image and Edit>Paste>Paste as New layer.

Resize your flower by 55%, position it in the bottom left hand corner and Layers>Duplicate, move the duplicated flower to the right of the original flower and resize by 70%.

Close the visibility off of all bottom layers except for the 2 flower layers and Layers>Merge>Merge Visible, unhide the closed off layers, Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror, Image>Flip and position the duplicated flowers on the top right hand corner.

On the scrap kit, click on the 'buttons' layer on your layer palette and with your lasso tool select around the 'beautiful' button, Edit>Cut, Selections>Select None, and paste it as a new layer onto your main tag. Resize by 60% and place it inside the top middle black bit of the frame.

Over to the scrap kit and with your lasso tool select around the 'memories' button, Edit>Cut, Selections>Select None, and paste it as a new layer onto your main tag, resize by 60% and place it inside the bottom middle black bit of your frame.

On the scrap kit, choose one of the normal round buttons and with your lasso tool select around it, Edit>Cut, Selections>Select None, and paste it as a new layer onto your main tag. Resize it by 50% and position it in the bottom right hand corner of your frame.

Back to the scrap kit and click on the 'clips' layer to make it active and with your lasso tool select around the white paperclip, Edit>Cut, Selections>Select None, and paste it onto your main tag. Resize by 65% and position it on the left hand corner of your frame. With your lasso tool select the pieces of paper clip that would be behind the frame (you will probably need to zoom in to get all the bits), and then hit delete:~

Selections>Select None.

Back to the scrap kit and click on the 'tags' layer of your choice (one set is black, the other white) to make it active, and with your lasso tool select one of the tags, you may want to close off the visibiltity of the other layers so that you can see what you're doing. Edit>Cut and paste it as a new layer onto your main tag. Resize by 80% and drag the tag layer on your layer palete below your copy flowers layer (this should say Copy of Raster 1) and position the tag just below your flowers on the top right hand corner.

Layers>New Raster Layer, drag this new layer to the top of your layer palette, set your foreground colour to white and apply the 'memories' brush, colour white to the top of your scrap tag. Image>Rotate>Free Rotate, 30 Degress, Left, or if you've used a scrap tag that cuts out in the other direction, rotate to the right.

Add the artists copyright info as a new layer and your watermark/tag name etc.

Add the text for your name, select black and white as your foreground and background colours and apply the following drop shadow:~

Layers>Merge>Merge Visible, crop your tag and if you want to add some bling continue below or save as jpg.

Edit>Copy your merged tag, open Animation Shop, Edit>Paste>As New Animation (Ctrl+V) and Edit>Duplicate Selected, repeat this until you have 17 frames. Click on the 17th frame to make it the only active frame (the border will turn red) and Edit>Duplicate Selected 3 times until you have 21 frames. Open the robertablingbling supplied, you will see that it has 21 frames.

Click anywhere on the bling animation to activate it and Edit>Select All (Ctrl+A) , Edit>Copy (Ctrl+C) , back to your main tag, click anywhere on it to activate it and Edit>Select All, Edit>Paste>Into Selected frame (Ctrl+E), you will see the bling appear somewhere below your cursor, click to position it to just about where I positioned mine below:~

View>Animation to check that it plays ok and save as gif and we're done!
