This tutorial was written in PSP 8, but can be done in other versions ;o)
You will need:~
Supplies Zip HERE, which includes:~ Graveyard Background, Tube, Edge Overlay, and Font
Filters:~ Alienskin Xenofex 2 (not a free plugin, a free demo can be downloaded from HERE) Italian Editors (HERE)
Open the Grave Background in psp and colourise, (Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize. PSP7:~ Colors>Colorize) Hue 154 and Saturation 40.
Open your tube and copy and paste it as a new layer,Image>Resize, 85%, Resample using Bicubic Checked, Lock aspect ratio Checked and Resize all layers UNchecked. Position it over to the right.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow with the following settings:~
Layers>Merge>Merge Visable, and then apply Effects>Alien Skin Xenofex 2, Burnt Edges with these settings:~

Open the Edge Overlay and Edit>Copy and Edit>Paste As New Layer, it should automatically fit around the edge of your tag, but if it hasn't, select your deformation tool and stretch it into postition and then click back on your pan/arrow tool ;o)
Layers>Merge>Merge Visable.
Open a new image 600x500 and floodfill with white, copy and paste your original burnt edged image as a new layer.
Layers>Duplicate your image layer and click on the original bottom copy to activate it. Effects>Plugins>It@lian Editors Effect, Effetto Fantasma with these settings:~

Activate your top copy and apply Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow with these settings:~
Apply the same Drop Shadow again, but this time change it from -2 to 2 for both vertical and horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Visable, and Image>Resize to your liking, I resized mine by 85% 'Resize all layers' CHECKED.
Apply the artists copyright and your watermark etc. as a new layer, if you're using the supplied tube then it's ©Starweaver http://starweaver.deviantart.com.
Layers>Merge>Merge Visable.
Now time to add you name :o)
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Select your airbrush tool, Foreground colour white, with these settings:~


Spray a line as shown below:~

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur (PSP7 Effects>Blur>Gaussian Blur) Set the radius to 15.00, lower the opacity of this layer to 70 (this will help to bring out the drippy text against the dark background ;o)
Select your text tool and Create as Vector, Size depending on the length of your name, I used 45 (you'll have to type it in ;o), Bold, Anti-Alias checked, Foreground/Stroke #2E0000 and Background/Fill #860000, Font Dyer's Eve and type out your name in CAPITALS. Position/stretch it just above the white blob. Layers>Convert to Raster Layer.
Apply Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel with these settings:~

Layers>Duplicate your text layer.
Activate the bottom text layer and apply Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000, Drip and apply these settings:~

Layers>Merge>Merge Visable, Crop your tag and save as jpeg :o)
