You will need Supplies HERE which includes a Mask by me and a Tube by Starweaver.

Flying Bat Bling by NMS Tutorials, click on the Glitter Anims link at the top, Page 3 Butterflies/Bats and download Flying Bat1.

Gothique Violet Scrap Kit available from Digital Chaos HERE

Lokas Software 3D Shadow HERE

Optional Eye Candy 4000 gradient Glow.

Ok, let's get started!

Open the mask and tube from the supplies zip and minimise for now.

Open a new blank image 550 x 550 pixels and flood fill with white.

Open Paper01 from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto the blank canvas. Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image and find Mask_Yarrow in the drop down menu and click ok:

Layers>Merge>Merge Group. Layers>Duplicate.

Open Frame5 from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto the canvas, Image>Resize by 80%, Resize all layers UNchecked.

With the Magic Wand tool click inside of the frame and Selections>Modify>Expand by 3 pixels. Open Paper03 from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto the canvas, resize it to fit. Selections>Invert and hit delete on your keyboard, drag this layer below the frame layer on the layer palette and lower the opacity to around 60 or so.

Selections>Select None.

Copy and paste the tube as a new layer and resize by 75% apply Effects>Plugins>Lokas Software>3D Shadow and apply Rear Shadow in the presets and set the Transparency to 45:

Open the Key from the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto the canvas, Image>Rotate>Free Rotate>Right, 70 degrees, Free. Image>Mirror. Image>Resize by 25% and position it over to the left of the tube.

Open Element2 from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto the canvas, drag this layer to the top of the layer palette. Image>Rotate>Free Rotate>Left, 30 degrees, Free. Image>Resize by 80% 3 times and position over to the top left of the frame. Layers>Duplicate, Image>Flip, Image>Mirror and position the duplicated element over to the bottom right of the frame.

Open the Dagger from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto the canvas, Image>Rotate>Free Rotate>Left, 30 degrees, Free. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen and position over to the top right of the frame.

Open a Tag from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto the canvas, Image>Rotate>Free Rotate>Left, 45 degrees, Free. Image>Resize by 80% and position over to the bottom left of the frame.

Open the Flower from the kit and copy and paste it as a new layer onto the canvas, Image>Resize by 80% around 6 times to fit and position it over the top of the tag.

Add the following Drop Shadow to the Element layers, Dagger layer and the Key, Rose and Tag layers:

Add a Drop Shadow to the Frame layer but change the Vertical and Horizontal to: 0 and the Opacity to: 88.

I also added some glitter splatts, if you want to add some copy and paste them from the kit, resize and position and make sure that these glitter splatt layers are dragged to the bottom on the layer palette above the duplicated mask layer.

When you're happy with the position of everything Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

Add the artists copyright info as a new layer and any watermark/tagger name etc. if you are using the tube provided the copyright info is: ©Starweaver http://starweaver.deviantart.com

Add the text for you name and add it to the top of the tag, I used font Sleepy Hollow HERE, colour black and added a gradient glow, size 6, thin with eye candy 4000 but a large blurry drop shadow will do ;o)

Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

If you would like to animate then carry on below, if not save as jpg.

*To Animate:

Edit>Copy, open Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>As New Animation. Edit>Duplicate Selected 4 times, this will give you a total of 9 frames, click on one of the frames to make it active (the border will turn red) and Edit>Duplicate Selected 1 more time and you will now have 10 frames.

Open the Flying Bat 1 Anim and you will see that it also has 10 frames, Edit>Select All, Edit Copy. Click back on your main tag and Edit>Select All, Edit>Paste>Into Selected Frame. You will see the bat animation appear at the end of your mouse cursor, move it into position and click to add it.

View>Animation and check that it plays ok, if you're not happy with it you can Edit>Undo and then repeat Edit>Paste>Into Selected Frame to re-position it. When you are happy save as gif and we're done!
