This tutorial was written in psp8 but can be done in other versions ;o)

You will need Plum Passion scrap kit from Scrappy Expressions HERE

Image of your choice, I used the artwork of Margaret Dean and you will need to visit CILM to purchase the images and a license, but it's well worth it because the images are gorgeous!

Ok, let's get started!

Open a new blank canvas, 500 x 500, colour white, open the plum passion scrap kit, find the SE Plum Passion Frame, and copy and paste it as a new layer.

Copy and paste your image as a new layer and on your layer palette drag this layer below your frame layer. Resize, bicubic, resize all layers UNchecked, until it fits the approx size of the frame. If there are bits of the image sticking out the sides then click on the frame layer on your layer palette to make it the active layer and with your magic wand click inside the frame, Selections>Modify>Expand by 10 pixels, Selections>Invert. Click on your image layer to make it the active layer and hit delete on your keyboard or Edit>Clear.

Find the SE Plum Passion Accent in the scrap kit, and copy and paste it as a new layer, drag this layer to the top of your layer palette.

Find the SE Plum Passion Lace Ribbon in the scrap kit, and copy and paste it as a new layer, Image>Rotate>Free Rotate 90 Degrees, Left, resize by 80% and add a drop shadow of: V: 0, H: 0, Opacity: 55, Blur: 5.

Next find the SE Plum Passion Tag  in the scrap kit, and copy and paste it as a new layer, resize by 65% and Image>Rotate>Free Rotate, 25 Degrees, Free, Left and apply the same drop shadow as before.

Find the SE Plum Passion Button 2  in the scrap kit, and copy and paste it as a new layer, resize by 25% and position it in the top right hand corner, Layers>Duplicate and position the duplicated button beside the corner button, duplicate again and place the button next to the last one, duplicate again and place the button below the corner button, last time duplicate and place the button below the last button.

*Optional* Layers>New Raster Layer and drag this layer to the bottom of your layer palette, above your background layer, apply a blurry smudgy brush in a colour that matches your tube, or any brush of your choice.

Add the artists copyright info and your watermark/tag name etc. as a new layer on the top of your layer palette.

With your text tool, create as vector, anti-alias checked, type out some text, I typed 'believe', I used, Font: Elegance, Size 30 with my foreground switched off and my background a colour from my image. With the vector nodes, rotate the text into position on top of the tag. Layers>Convert To Raster.

Lastly, add your name, I used Font: Fairydust, Size 48 and picked 2 colours from my image.

Layers>Merge>Merge Visible, save as jpg and we're done!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
