This tutorial was written in psp 8 but can be done in other versions. You will need:~ An image of your choice, i'm using the artwork of Anthony Guerra, you will need to purchase a license from CILM to use his artwork. Leathered Scrap Kit from Urban Scraps, HERE. Brushes of your choice, or you can use mine HERE Ok, let's get started! Open a new blank canvas 500 x 500 colour white. Open 'Tyleress Frame 2' and copy and paste it as a new layer onto your blank canvas, resize it to your liking, bicubic, resize all layers UNchecked. Open your image that you wish to use and copy and paste it as a new layer and drag this layer on your layer palette below your frame layer and resize it to fit. If you have any parts of the image sticking out from behind the frame the with your lasso tool select the sticky out bits and hit delete on your keyboard. Copy, paste and resize various pieces of the scrap kit onto your canvas and place the layers on the top of your layer palette above your frame layer, I used the 'Tyleress Belt' and placed it at the bottom of my frame, 'Tyleress Flower' in two corners, 'Tyleress Tag 3' (I rotated my tag by 50 degress, Image>Rotate>Free Rotate, 50 Degrees, Right) and 'Tyleress Tag', I placed both tags below my flower layer. Add a drop shadow to all the leather layers including the frame, but not the image:~ V: 0 Layers>New Raster Layer and place this layer on top of your background layer on your layer palette choose a colour from your tube, and apply some brushes. Next add some text as a new layer on top of the round leather tag and drag this layer to the top of your layer palette. Add the artists copyright info and your watermark/tag name etc. as a new layer and then add your name as a new layer on top of the other leather tag and rotate it into position. Layers>Merge>Merge Visible, crop if needed and save as jpg and we're done!
