This tutorial was written in psp8 but can be done in other versions.

You will need: A tube of your choice, i'm using the artwork of Dave Nestler, you must purchase a license from CILM to use his artwork ;o)

Black and White Beads Scrap Kit by Fi @ Same Old Stuff - HERE.

Star Animation gif HERE.

Open the scrap kit and your tube in psp and open a new image 500 x 500 colour white.

Find the Black Frame in the scrap kit, click on the black frame layer on the layer palette to make it active and Edit>Copy and Edit>Paste As New Layer onto your blank canvas.

Add a drop shadow with these settings:~

V: 1
H: 1
Opacity: 45
Blur: 6

Find the Ribbon strip in the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer over your black frame layer.Image>Resize, Bicubic, 80%, Resize all layers UNchecked and move it over the edge of the black frame. Layers>Duplicate and move it over to the other side.

Close the visibilty off (click the eye or glasses on your layer palette) of your background and black frame layers amd Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Layers>Duplicate and then Image>Rotate>Free Rotate 90 degrees right and then move the ribbon into position.

Find the Silver Eyelet in the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer above your ribbon layer, Image>Resize by 80%, Layers>Duplicate 3 times giving you a total of 4 eyelet layers and place each one in the corner of your black frame.

Close the visibility off of all your layers leaving only your 4 eyelet layers visible and Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Unhide all layers.

With your magic wand select the inside of all your eyelets and Selections>Modify>Expand by  2, click on your background layer on your layer palette to make it active and hit delete on your keyboard, click on your black frame layer and hit delete and also on your ribbon layers.

Selections>Select None.

Close the visiblity off of your background layer and Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Unhide your background layer.

Next find the White Frame in the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer over your black frame layer and apply the same drop shadow as before.

Find the fibre in the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer on top of your white frame layer, Image>Rotate>Free Rotate 20 degrees right and Image>Resize by 70% and position it on the edge of your white frame. Layers>Duplicate, Image>Mirror, Image>Flip. Close the visibilty off of your bottom 3 layers leaving only your fibre layers amd Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Layers>Duplicate and Image>Rotate>Free Rotate 90 degrees right, unhide all your layers and position the fibres. Once you have them into postition, hide the bottom 3 layers again and Layers>Merge>Merge Visible, Adust>Sharpness>Sharpen, unhide all your layers again.

Find the Small Clear Glass Stone in the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer on top of your fibre layer and Image>Resize by 40%, Adust>Sharpness>Sharpen then Layers>Duplicate 3 times giving you a total of 4 glass stone layers and position them in each corner of your white frame.

Close the visibilty off of the bottom 2 layers (background and black merged frame) and Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Unhide the bottom layers.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer above your background layer so that it sits inside the frames and apply the same drop shadow.

Layers>New Raster Layer, make sure that this layer is above your background and below your tube layers and apply a smudgy brush (I lowered the opacity of my brush layer to 55).

Next find the Bead Strip Black in the scrap kit and copy and paste it as a new layer above your brush layer, Image>Rotate>Free Rotate 90 degrees left and Image>Resize by 80%, position this in the space above your tube.

Find the Bead Strip White and copy and paste it as a new layer above the black bead strip layer and repeat the same steps as the black beads but position it at the bottom.

Add the artists copyright info and your watermark, tag info etc. as new layer on top of all the layers and then add your name, I used font: Bank Gothic Medium HERE, Size 48, Foreground Black, Background White, Stroke Width 2.

Layers>Merge>Merge Visible, Edit>Copy.

Open Animation shop and open the star ani gif and Edit>Paste>As New Animation, Edit>Duplicate Selected until you have 7 frames (it will probably go to 9 frames, click on frame 9 to make it the active layer, it will have a red border around it when active, and hit delete on your keyboard, do the same for frame 8)

Back to your star ani gif and Edit>Select All (Ctrl+A) and Edit>Copy (Ctrl+C), over to your tag and Edit>Select All and Edit>Paste>Into selected Frame (Ctrl+E) you will see the star ani appear and place it into position like on my tag, repeat this again bu move the star ani to the other side.

To your star ani gif again and it should still have all frames selected, Animation>Rotate 90 degrees right. Edit>Copy.

Over to your tag and Edit>Paste>Into selected Frame and position it like mine at the top, repeat this again but place it at the bottom.

Check that your animation plays ok and then save as gif and we're done!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
