This tutorial was written in psp 8 but can easily be done in other versions.
You will need the supplies zip HERE which includes:~ Yarrow Template, Tube (image by Starweaver http://starweaver.deviantart.com), Stud Tube (from Andrea's (Tyleress) Studded tutorial, check out Andrea's awesome site: Urban Graffiti, Thankyou Andrea!!),Vampire Dingbat font, Brush and Idustrial Schizophrenic font (optional)
For info on importing brushes, go HERE ;o)
Eye Candy 4000 (not necessary, can continue without it ;o) A free demo can be downloaded from HERE
Ok, let's get started!
Open the Yarrow template in psp and you will see that it has 4 layers, 3 bottoms and a top. The 2 layers at the bottom have the visibility closed off, leave then like that for now ;o)
Layers>New Raster Layer and flood fill with white, drag this layer right down to the very bottom of the layer palette and rename it 'Background' (right click over it on the layer palette and click 'Rename')
Open the Starweaver tube and copy and paste it as a new layer (the tube has 3 layers, you'll have to click on the bottom one to copy the tube ;o) Drag the tube layer to the very top of the layer palette. Image>Resize and resize the tube by 80%, biocubic making sure that the 'resize all layers' box is UNchecked:

Position your tube over to the left like mine so that it fits snuggly in with the sides ;o) Rename this layer 'Tube'
Now apply Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000, Gradient Glow with these settings (colour tab, Choose 'Fat' in the list, then click on the small colour button, as shown, this will make the triangle on the top of it turn black, then click on the colour box and change the colour to: #C00000) :~

If you haven't got Eye Candy 4000 then you can add a White Drop Shadow (Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow) with these settings:~

Over on your colour palette, set your Foreground colour to Black, and your Background colour to #9A0402.
Activate your Text Tool and Select 'Create as Vector' find your font: 'WWVampire Dingbats' in the list, Size: 115, Anti-alias ticked:~

Type lower case 'c', apply, and then Image>Flip, position it near the top on the right and then Layers>Convert to Raster Layer. Drag this below your tube layer and rename 'Anarchy'.
Apply Effects>3D Effetcs>Inner Bevel with these settings:~

Then apply Effects>Plugins>Eye candy 4000, Gradient Glow with the same 'Basic Tab' settings, but ths time change the 'Colour Tab' settings to: Medium and colour #C00000:~

Or apply these Drop Shadow settings:~

Click on your brush tool and find the brush 'Badness' (if you wish to use it) I resized my brush to 90 and used colour #C00000. Add the brush underneath the anarchy sign (if you mess up, just press 'undo' and apply again ;o)
Open the 'Studs' tube and copy and paste as New Layer, it should perfectly fit into place, if not just place it around image ;o)
Rename this layer 'Studs', Drag it above your tube layer and apply the following Drop Shadow:~

Select your text tool, vector, and apply the artists copyright credits, which are: ©Starweaver http://starweaver.deviantart.com. Add your watermark etc. then convert this layer to Raster Layer and rename 'Copyright'
Next, add your name, I used the font supplied 'Industrial Schizophrenic', Size: 52, Foreground set to Black and Background set to: #C70435. I applied the same Inner Bevel as the Anarchy Sign and added a Gradient Glow, the same as before but changed the colour to White, you can add the same Drop Shadow as before but change it to white instead and turn the opacity up to 100 ;o)
Rename this layer 'Name'.
Now we need to animate it, so you might want to go and get yourself a cuppa at this point!
Go to edit>Copy Merged:~

Open Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>As New Animation.

Back over to psp and you now need to hide the 'Bottom3' layer (click the eye or glasses on the layer palette) and unhide the 'Bottom2 layer. Edit>Copy Merged. Back over to Animation Shop and Edit>Paste>After Current Frame.

To psp again and hide the 'Bottom2' layer and unhide the 'Bottom1' layer. Edit>Copy Merged. Over to Animation Shop and again, Edit>Paste>After Current Frame.
Now Edit>Select All and then Animation>Frame Properties, and change it to 25

Now Crop around your animation and save as gif, we're done! phew!
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
